Boyar Meat with Carrots and Onions

Ingredients

  • Onion 3 pieces
  • Salt to taste
  • Carrot 3 pieces
  • Veal Tenderloin 20 oz
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste
  • Vegetable Oil 4 tablespoons

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Cut the beef tenderloin into slices 1.5 cm thick. Tenderize. Season with salt.

Step 2

Place in a roasting bag and put in the oven (430°F) to bake until tender (the meat should not be tough). This will take about 1 hour and 20 minutes.

Step 3

Grate the carrots on a coarse grater and finely chop the onion.

Step 4

Pour 4 tablespoons of vegetable oil into a frying pan and sauté the onion with the carrots. Season with salt and pepper at the end.

Step 5

Remove the meat from the oven. Pour the juice that formed in the bag onto a baking sheet. Place the meat there and top it with the onion and carrot mixture.

Step 6

Return to the oven for another 20 minutes.
