Ingredients
- Olive Oil 1 tablespoon
- Lemon 1 piece
- Garlic 1 clove
- Pork chop with bone 4 pieces
- Salt to taste
- Red Wine Vinegar to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Soy Sauce to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Marinate the pork. Drizzle it with soy sauce, lemon juice, and a couple of drops of red wine vinegar for aroma.
Step 2
Rub with garlic, season with salt and pepper.
Step 3
Place on a baking sheet.
Step 4
Bake at maximum temperature for 15–20 minutes. Garnish with lemon zest and herbs when serving.
