- Green peppercorns 1 piece

- Salt to taste
- Garlic 3 cloves

Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Pour water into a pot. Add bay leaf, lemon, black peppercorns, dill, and garlic. Bring to a boil and cook for 10 minutes.
Step 2
Add the shrimp when it boils, season with salt to taste (for me, it's 2.5–3 tablespoons), and cook for 5–7 minutes. Taste and if not salty enough, let it sit in the brine.
