  • Bay leaf to taste

Step 1

Clean the flounder, cut the flesh into pieces, and place it in a pot.

Add finely chopped onion, carrot, parsley root to the fish, pour in the milk, season with salt, and cover with cold water so that the fish is fully submerged. Cook for 15 minutes, adding the bay leaf closer to the end of cooking.
