Boiled Fish with Potatoes and Bacon
Ingredients
- Fish 25 oz
- Salad Potatoes 30 oz
- Onion 2 pieces
- Salt to taste
- Bacon 5 oz
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Parsley to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the bacon into small pieces and fry it in a pan together with the onion, peeled and sliced. Add the peeled potatoes, also sliced into rounds, sprinkle with salt and pepper, and add a glass of water. Cover with a lid and cook for 5 minutes on low heat.
Step 2
After that, place the prepared and cut fish on top of the potatoes and cook until done.
Step 3
When serving, place the pieces of fish on a warmed dish, surround them with the potatoes, and sprinkle with finely chopped parsley.
