- Carrot 1 piece
- Tarragon to taste
- Dill to taste
- Green peppercorns to taste
- Bay leaf to taste

Step 1
In a pot, place finely chopped carrot, onion, peppercorns, bay leaf, herbs, cover with water, and bring to a boil.
Step 2
Then, add the live, previously washed crayfish to the pot, cover with a lid, and boil for 10–15 minutes over high heat.
Step 3
Remove from heat and let sit for 10–15 minutes.
