Description
Beluga can be replaced with sturgeon or sevruga — the cooking method will remain unchanged.
Ingredients
- Beluga 20 oz
- Salad Potatoes 30 oz
- Parsley to taste
- Vegetable Oil 1 tablespoon

Step 1
Before serving, cut the fish into pieces, place it on a plate, garnish with boiled potatoes dressed with oil, and sprinkle with finely chopped parsley. Serve horseradish with vinegar separately.
Step 2
Place the prepared beluga in a pot, cover with cold water 2 cm above the surface of the fish, salt to taste, and cover with a lid, then put on high heat.
Step 3
Once the water boils, reduce the heat and simmer without bringing to a boil for 35 minutes.
