Blue shark steak baked in foil
Ingredients
- Lemon 1 piece
- Fish Oil to taste
- Soy Sauce 2 teaspoons
- Salt a pinch
- Shark steak 30 oz
- Olive Oil to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Thaw the shark, rinse it well.
Step 2
Remove the skin and bones from the fish.
Step 3
Marinate the steak pieces in soy sauce, add salt and seasoning, and add lemon juice (or place lemon slices in the marinade bowl). Let sit for 20 minutes.
Step 4
Line a baking sheet with foil, grease with olive oil, and place the shark steak on it. Seal with foil on top.
Step 5
Place in a preheated oven at 355°F for 30 minutes.
Step 6
After 30 minutes, you can remove the top layer of foil and bake for another 5 minutes.
