Description

Step 1

Cut the florets from the head and peel the stems. Peel the main stem so that only the light core remains. Cut into pieces.

Step 2

In a large pot, bring slightly salted water to a boil and cook the broccoli for 2-4 minutes until tender but still slightly crisp. Immediately remove from the water using a slotted spoon or drain through a colander. The broccoli is ready.
