- Frozen Vegetable Mix 'Lecho' 15 oz
- Canned Pineapple Chunks 5 oz
- Canned Corn 5 oz
- Grated Ginger Root to taste
- Paprika to taste
- Mixed Ground Peppers to taste
- Soy Sauce to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Boil the rice in a ratio of 1:2 or according to the instructions.
Step 2
First, sauté the vegetable mix in oil or without for 5 minutes, then simmer for about 15 minutes until cooked, adding finely chopped pineapple and corn.
Step 3
At the end, season with spices and add soy sauce.
Step 4
