Bell Peppers Stuffed with Feta and Egg

Ingredients
- Orange Bell Peppers 4 pieces
- Honey 5 oz
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- Butter 0 oz
- Salt to taste
- Mild Chili Spice to taste
- Herbs to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
For the filling: mash the feta cheese with a fork or grate it. Add the egg, salt, and ground chili pepper, and mix well.
Step 2
Cut off the tops of the bell peppers with the stems, remove the seeds and membranes, and rinse them. Large peppers can be cut in half to form boats.
Step 3
Fill the cleaned peppers with the filling and fry in a pan with heated butter for 1-2 minutes on each side.
Step 4
Transfer the peppers to a greased baking sheet and bake in the oven for 20 minutes at 390°F.
Step 5
Garnish with chopped herbs.
