Ingredients
- Orange Bell Peppers 4 pieces
- Pickled Chanterelles 5 oz
- Chicken fillet 5 oz
- Tomatoes 3 pieces
- Turnips 2 pieces
- Garlic 1 clove
- Olive Oil 2 tablespoons
- Dill 1 bunch
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Dice the carrots, mushrooms, and chicken fillet into small cubes.
Step 2
Sauté the ingredients in vegetable oil for 10 minutes, then add the tomatoes and cook for another 2–3 minutes.
Step 3
Add the chopped dill and mix well.
Step 4
Clean the peppers, cut them in half lengthwise, stuff them with the prepared filling, place them in a greased baking dish, pour in a little water, and bake in the oven at 355°F for 20 minutes.
