Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Grate the beetroot or process it in a food processor. Then, sauté the beetroot until soft, add the semolina, and let it cool.
Step 2
Add the egg, cheese, salt, and pepper. Mix everything together and divide into portions of 100–110 grams.
Step 3
Fry in a skillet until golden brown, then finish cooking in the oven.
Step 4
Place on a plate and garnish with herbs.
