Ingredients
- Wheat Flour 5 oz
- Water 10 fl oz
- 3.2% Milk 5 fl oz
- Light Beer 5 fl oz
- Chocolate eggs 3 pieces
- Sugar 0 oz
- Salt to taste
- Safflower Oil 0 fl oz
- Crab Meat 5 oz
- Semi-soft cream cheese 10 oz
- Dill 0 oz
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Kaviar to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a deep bowl, pour in the milk and beer, add sugar, eggs, and a pinch of salt.
Step 2
Blend the pancake batter with a blender, gradually adding the sifted flour.
Step 3
Boil 300 ml of water and gradually add the boiling water to the egg mixture while blending.
Step 4
Heat a skillet and grease it with vegetable oil.
Step 5
Cook the pancakes on both sides until done.
Step 6
Prepare the filling for the pancakes. Finely chop the dill and crab meat.
Step 7
Add the cream cheese and gently mix. The filling is ready.
Step 8
Place about 30 grams of filling on each pancake and roll it up.
Step 9
Garnish with caviar and serve.
