Beefsteaks in Nut Crust
Ingredients
- Steaks 4 pieces
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Mustard Greens 4 teaspoons
- Wheat Flour 4 tablespoons
- Walnuts 5 oz
- Cauliflower 250 pieces
- Turnips 2 pieces
- Butter 5 oz
- Lemon 1 piece
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Season the meat with salt and pepper, then coat both sides with a thin layer of mustard, dredge in flour, dip in beaten egg, and roll in finely chopped nuts.
Step 2
Gently press the breading onto the meat.
Step 3
First, cut the vegetables into strips, add seasonings, and blanch for 5 minutes with a small amount of water. Drain the water.
Step 4
Melt the butter in a large skillet, place the pieces of meat in it, and fry on low heat for 3 minutes on each side. Be careful when flipping to avoid damaging the nut crust.
Step 5
Place the cooked beefsteaks on a preheated plate.
Step 6
Sauté the chopped vegetables in the remaining fat from frying until slightly browned and arrange them around the beefsteaks.
Step 7
Top with thick slices of lemon and green butter (mix 2-3 tablespoons of finely chopped herbs with salt, citric acid, mash, and blend with 100 g of butter, then chill).
