Ingredients
- Tomatoes 1 piece
- Salad Potatoes 2 pieces
- Sun-Dried Tomatoes 2 pieces
- Pork Mince 5 oz
- Spanish onions 2 heads
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Boil the potatoes until half-cooked, then slice them.
Step 2
Form beefsteaks with a diameter of 8 cm from the prepared ground pork (grate the pork and onion finely, add salt and pepper), and fry in a preheated skillet.
Step 3
Sauté the onions in butter, add a teaspoon of sugar and a pinch of salt, and cook until golden brown.
Step 4
Layer the ingredients in the following order: potatoes, beefsteaks, tomato wedges, onions, sun-dried tomatoes or tomato paste.
