  • Beef 20 oz
  • Onion 1 piece
  • Butter 0 oz
  • Olive Oil 2 tablespoons
  • Balsamic Vinegar 2 tablespoons
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Separate a small piece of butter and set it aside; heat the remaining butter in a deep skillet along with the olive oil.

Step 2

Place the beefsteaks in the skillet and sear them on both sides over high heat for a few minutes.

Step 3

Season with salt and pepper. Transfer to a plate. Do not let them cool.

Step 4

Add the remaining butter, onion, and sauté in the meat juices left in the skillet.

Step 5

Wait for the sauté to thicken, then pour in the balsamic vinegar and mix well.

Step 6

Remove the skillet from the heat and drizzle the hot sauce over the beefsteaks.
