Ingredients
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Carrot 2 pieces
- Celery stalk ½ stalk
- Onion 1 head
- Beef 0 lbs
- Bacon 0 oz
- Dried Rosemary ½ teaspoon
- Dried Chamomile ½ teaspoon
- Olive Oil 3 tablespoons
- Ground clove a pinch
- Passata Tomato Sauce 1 tablespoon
- Butter 1 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Orange zest 1 teaspoon
- Red Grape Juice ½ l
- Thickener 2 tablespoons
- Fresh Mushrooms 10 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Finely chop the carrot and celery. Chop the onion and garlic. Cut the meat and bacon into cubes. Fry the bacon in vegetable oil.
Step 2
Add the onion and garlic, quickly sauté everything together, and remove from the pan. In the remaining fat in the pan, fry the meat.
Step 3
Add the carrot, celery, tomato paste, spices, zest, and wine to the meat. Simmer on low heat for 90 minutes. Sprinkle in the thickener and bring to a boil.
Step 4
Slice the mushrooms, sauté them in butter, and add to the meat. Return the bacon to the dish.
Step 5
Serve this dish with noodles topped with cheese and parsley.
