Ingredients

  • Mustard Greens 1 tablespoon
  • Vegetable Oil 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic 3 cloves
  • Onion ½ head
  • Paprika ½ teaspoon
  • Salt ½ teaspoon
  • Chopped Sage Leaves 2 tablespoons
  • Dijon Mustard 2 teaspoons
  • Butter 5 oz
  • Worcestershire Sauce 2 tablespoons
  • Oyster Mushrooms 0 fl oz
  • Ketchup 1 tablespoon
  • Balsamic Vinegar 1 tablespoon
  • Corn Salad to taste
  • Veal Tenderloin 30 oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Heat the vegetable oil in a skillet and add the mustard seeds. Fry for about 1 minute, then add 1 finely chopped clove of garlic and finely chopped onion, and sauté for 5 minutes until soft. Let cool slightly and mix with paprika, salt, parsley, mustard, and butter. Mix well.

Step 2

Place the spicy butter mixture in foil, roll it into a long sausage shape, tightly wrap it, and place it in the refrigerator.

Step 3

Mix the remaining minced garlic, oyster sauce, Worcestershire sauce, balsamic vinegar, and ketchup. Cut the meat into 4 steaks and place them in the marinade. Mix, cover, and refrigerate for 2 hours.

Step 4

Preheat the grill and cook the meat for 4 minutes on each side. Serve topped with pieces of the butter and garnished with green salad.
