Beef with Rosemary and Onion Sauce
Main Dishes • European
Description
It is best to serve this roasted meat with seasonal vegetables. To avoid drying out the beef in the oven, keep an eye on it: as soon as it turns golden brown, feel free to take it out. If you don't have an oven, this option can also be cooked covered in a skillet.
