Ingredients
- Beef 25 oz
- Salad Potatoes 5 pieces
- Onion 1 head
- Carrot 1 piece
- Parsley 1 bunch
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Khmeli-suneli to taste
- Herbs to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Rinse the beef, dry it, and cut it into medium pieces.
Step 2
Peel the potatoes and cut them into large pieces.
Step 3
Slice the carrot into half-rings.
Step 4
Chop the onion into feathers.
Step 5
Slightly crush the onion to release its juice.
Step 6
Place all the ingredients in a deep bowl and add salt.

Add pepper to taste.

Add khmeli-suneli.

Rinse the parsley and chop it finely.

Mix everything thoroughly.
