Beef with Mushrooms and Sesame
Ingredients
- Fresh Mushrooms 5 oz
- Lamb Neck Fillet 20 oz
- Scallions 0 oz
- Orange Bell Peppers 1 piece
- Red Long Chili Peppers 2 pieces
- Toasted Sesame 2 tablespoons
- Herbs to taste
- Salt to taste
- Vegetable Oil 3 tablespoons
- Soy Sauce 1 tablespoon
- Meyer Lemon Juice 1 tablespoon
- Corn Starch 1 tablespoon
- Red Grape Juice 2 tablespoons
- Garlic 1 clove
- Grated Ginger Root 1 teaspoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Rinse the meat and cut it into thin slices. Mix all the marinade ingredients and pour them over the prepared meat. Place in the refrigerator for 3–4 hours. Fry in heated oil at 355°F until browned.
Step 2
In the remaining oil, sauté the quartered mushrooms, add the julienned bell pepper, mix everything, and fry for 2–3 minutes. Add the coarsely chopped green onions and fry for another minute. Add the browned beef, pour in the marinade, and simmer for 3–4 minutes.
Step 3
Serve with boiled rice. When serving, sprinkle the meat with sesame seeds, garnish with rings of red chili pepper and herbs.
