Beef with Mushrooms and Cream
Main Dishes • European
Description
This recipe uses a part of the beef called the flank steak. It is very tender after cooking and has a creamy flavor, but you can use any cut of beef. The mushrooms can also be any variety. The process is simple — sear the pieces of beef over high heat, combine with mushrooms and cream, cook until done, and serve. This cut of beef cooks very quickly. Use herbs to your taste or omit them altogether. Garlic can be fresh.
