Ingredients
- Broccoli 5 oz
- Lean Beef 20 oz
- Rice Noodles 0 oz
- Sesame Oil ½ teaspoon
- Pad Thai Sauce 0 oz
- Kung Pao Sauce 2 teaspoons
- Vegetable Oil 2 tablespoons
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Pat the room temperature beef dry and slice it thinly.
Step 2
Boil water, add salt, and cook the broccoli for 3 minutes.
Step 3
Pour boiling water over the glass noodles and let them sit for 5 minutes.
Step 4
In a wok, heat the vegetable oil until it smokes and quickly stir-fry the beef (2 minutes).
Step 5
Drain the water from the broccoli and keep it in the pot to stay warm.
Step 6
Add hoisin sauce, sesame oil, and spicy sauce to the beef. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Step 7
Serve the beef with glass noodles and broccoli.
