Ingredients
- Beef 35 oz
- Sweet Red Onion 2 heads
- Sweet Pepper 3 pieces
- Eggplants 2 pieces
- Carrot 2 pieces
- Soy Sauce to taste
- Sweet Chili Sauce to taste
- Meyer Lemon Juice to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the beef into strips and lightly fry in a pan.
Step 2
Add the sliced onion and carrot to the beef.
Step 3
Pour in the soy sauce and simmer covered for about five minutes.
Step 4
Add the sliced eggplants and bell pepper. Sprinkle with ground pepper and mix.
Step 5
In a separate bowl, mix soy sauce with lemon juice and sweet and sour sauce. Pour the resulting sauce over the beef and vegetables and simmer covered until cooked through.
Step 6
Serve with boiled rice.
