Ingredients
- Beef 20 oz
- Onion 1 head
- Salt to taste
- Khmeli-suneli 1 teaspoon
- Salad Potatoes 5 pieces
- Eggplants 1 piece
- Marinated cherries 10 oz
- Herbs to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the beef into small cubes.
Step 2
Slice the onion into half rings.
Step 3
Gently press the sliced onion to release its juice.
Step 4
Mix the onion with the meat.
Step 5
Add salt to taste.
Step 6
Season with khmeli-suneli.
Step 7
Cut the potatoes into large cubes.
Step 8
Chop the eggplant coarsely.
Step 9
Rinse the cherry tomatoes and dry them.
Step 10
Place all the ingredients in a deep baking dish lined with foil.
