  • Garlic 1 clove
  • Balsamic Vinegar 0 fl oz
  • Spices to taste

Place the meat, cut into 4 steaks, in a dish. Pour in olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Add minced garlic and season with spices.

Step 2

Preheat the grill pan and cook the steaks for 3 minutes on each side.
