- Beef tongue 20 oz
- Cauliflower 15 oz
- Tomatoes 3 pieces
- Cream 1 tablespoon
- Cheese Spread 5 oz
- Nutmeg 1 teaspoon
- Parsley to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Boil the tongue in salted water and slice it.
Step 2
Pour boiling water over the tomatoes, peel them, and cut into 4 pieces. Divide the cauliflower into florets, boil in salted water, and arrange in a baking dish with the tomatoes and tongue, sprinkling with pepper on top.
Step 3
Mix the cream and grated cheese, season with nutmeg, and spread this mixture over the vegetables and tongue. Place in the oven and bake.
Step 4
Sprinkle the finished dish with parsley.
