  • Buckwheat Groats 2 cups
  • Beef tongue 1 piece
  • Salt to taste
  • Spices to taste
  • Water 4 cups
  • Parsley 1 sprig

Rinse the buckwheat and let it drain in a colander.

Wash and dry the meat.
