- Veal Tenderloin 20 oz
- Butter to taste
- Vegetable Oil 0 fl oz
- Citrus Zest Mix 0 oz
- Canned Mushroom Soup 1 can
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the tenderloin into portion-sized pieces about 1.5–2 cm thick. Wrap each piece in bacon.
Step 2
In hot vegetable oil, fry the meat on both sides (about 1 minute on each side). Reduce the heat. Cook for another 3–4 minutes on each side.
Step 3
Increase the heat and melt the butter in the pan. Fry for another 2 minutes on each side, basting the meat with the butter. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 4
Serve with green peas and lemon zest.
