  • Ground Black Pepper to taste
  • Potato 5 oz
  • Marbled Beef 5 oz
  • Red Grape Juice 0 fl oz
  • Corn Salad 0 oz
  • Chicken Egg 1 piece
  • Olive Oil 0 fl oz
  • Thyme 1 piece
  • Vegetable Oil 0 fl oz
  • Rosemary 1 piece
  • Garlic 1 clove

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

In olive oil, lightly sauté thyme, rosemary, and garlic, add the beef and sear on all sides. Remove the rosemary, thyme, and garlic, deglaze with wine, and reduce.

Step 2

Prepare the plancha separately. Grate the potato on a coarse grater, add 1/5 of the egg, semolina flour, salt, and pepper. Mix and fry in vegetable oil on both sides.

Step 3

Place the plancha on a plate, top it with the tenderloin, drizzle with sauce, and garnish with corn salad leaves.
