- Dry White Wine 0 fl oz
- Veal Tenderloin 10 oz
- 20% Sour Cream 5 oz
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Herbs to taste
- Wheat Flour 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the beef into strips and place them in a hot skillet. Sear on all sides and reduce the heat.
Step 2
Five minutes before it is done, add the wine and let it evaporate.
Step 3
Chop the herbs (any except dill) and add them to the meat, season with salt and pepper.
Step 4
Add the sour cream, mix, and sprinkle with flour. After 5 minutes, turn off the heat and let it sit for 10 minutes (stirring occasionally).
