- 33% Cream 5 fl oz
- Sour Cream 5 oz
- Veal Tenderloin 15 oz

Step 1
Slice the beef into small strips.
Step 2
Finely chop the onion.
Step 3
Place the meat and onions in a skillet, add salt and pepper to taste, and sauté until halfway cooked.
Step 4
Mix the cream with the sour cream until you achieve a smooth consistency (if you can't find 38% cream, use the richest cream available).
Step 5
Pour the creamy sauce over the meat and simmer for about 7 minutes.
