Description

Beef stir-fry is a quick and flavorful dish that combines tender strips of beef with a variety of fresh vegetables. This dish is perfect for a busy weeknight dinner and can be served over rice or noodles. It's a great way to enjoy a healthy meal in no time.

Ingredients

  • Beef 15 oz
  • Mild Chili Spice 1 piece
  • Ginger 1 piece
  • Vegetable Oil 2 spoons
  • Asparagus 16 stalks
  • Garlic 3 cloves
  • Soy Sauce 3 spoons
  • Dry White Wine 1 tablespoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Slice the beef into thin pieces. To make this easier, you can place the meat in the freezer for a short time. Once it becomes slightly firm, it will be much easier to cut.

Step 2

Fill a small pot halfway with water and add salt. Wait for it to boil. Once the water is boiling, add the chopped asparagus. Cook for 3 minutes. Drain the water and transfer the asparagus to a bowl of cold water.

Step 3

Place a deep skillet over medium heat. Add oil, ginger, and garlic. When you smell the garlic, add the meat. Sauté for a few minutes until the meat is cooked through. Add chili pepper and asparagus. Sauté briefly. Pour in soy sauce and a splash of white wine. Simmer for a few more minutes. Remove from heat and serve with rice.
