Ingredients
- Butter 0 oz
- Bay leaf 2 pieces
- Pumpkin 20 oz
- Dark Ale 15 fl oz
- Onion 1 head
- Carrot 1 piece
- Garlic 5 cloves
- Cinnamon a pinch
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Herbs to taste
- Beef 20 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the meat into small pieces and sauté over high heat until a crust forms, leaving the inside raw. Add sliced onion, finely chopped garlic, bay leaves, sprinkle with cinnamon, and sauté for another 5-8 minutes.
Step 2
Pour in the beer, cover with a lid, and simmer on low heat for 2 hours, stirring occasionally.
Step 3
Add diced carrot and large cubes of pumpkin. Simmer for another 30 minutes.
