Beef Stew with Potatoes in Spicy Tomato Sauce
Main Dishes • Global
Description
This recipe uses boneless beef, but you can use any cut, sliced into steaks or pieces to your liking. In this recipe, frozen steaks were used, and they can be left partially thawed, which will not ruin the dish; on the contrary, the meat will be juicier. By the way, the meat can be of any kind if desired. It is better to use potatoes meant for frying and baking, as they won't fall apart. As for the sauce, choose one according to your preference; it can vary in spiciness. Considering the saltiness of the sauce, adjust the amount of salt accordingly. I do not recommend using additional spices, as the necessary ones are already included in the sauce. It is best served with pickled vegetables, olives, or simply with neutral vegetables. Enjoy your meal!
