  • Salad Potatoes 10 oz
  • Onion 5 oz
  • Wheat Flour 0 oz
  • Cucumbers 0 oz
  • Tomato Puree 0 oz
  • Butter 0 oz
  • Garlic 1 clove
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste
  • Herbs to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Wash the prepared beef, cut it into small pieces in the shape of sticks. Peel, wash, and dice the potatoes. Peel, wash, and finely chop the onion. Peel the cucumbers and remove the seeds, then cut them into strips.

Step 2

Place the prepared potatoes and chopped onion in a pot, add 50–60 ml of water, and simmer on high heat for 5–6 minutes. Then add the pieces of meat and the sliced cucumbers, and simmer for another 5–6 minutes on high heat.

Step 3

In a separate bowl, mix the flour, tomato puree, crushed garlic, fat, salt, and pepper. Add the juice released during the meat simmering and the sauce, and mix thoroughly. Pour this mixture over the meat and cucumbers and simmer for 3–4 minutes on high heat.
