- Beef 25 oz
- Celery stalk 4 pieces
- Pickles 5 oz
- Carrot 1 piece
- Onion 1 piece
- Cucumber Brine 5 fl oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the beef into small pieces, pour in 100 ml of brine, and place it on the heat in a skillet.
Step 2
Dice the onion and carrot into small cubes and add them to the meat.
Step 3
After 10 minutes, add the chopped celery and pickles. Simmer covered for 10 minutes.
Step 4
Pour in the remaining brine and simmer until cooked, about 15 minutes.
