Ingredients
- Beef 20 oz
- Pickles 4 pieces
- Onion 1 piece
- Sour Cream 5 oz
- Vegetable Oil 2 tablespoons
- Passata Tomato Sauce 0 oz
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the meat into small pieces, you can cube it. Slice the onion as usual — into rings or half-rings.
Step 2
Fry the meat with the onion. Slightly salt and pepper the meat, add the tomato paste, and mix again. Finely chop the pickles.
Step 3
Add the pickles to the meat with the onion and simmer them a little to let the pickles release their juice. Then add 200 grams of sour cream (preferably low-fat, or less if using full-fat), your favorite spices to the meat, and simmer for another 20 minutes.
