Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Season the beef tenderloin steaks with salt and pepper, and sear them on both sides in a shallow pan with olive oil over medium-high heat for about 5-7 minutes.

While the steaks are cooking, blend roughly chopped parsley and oregano with fresh lemon juice, finely chopped garlic, 4 tablespoons of olive oil, 1/4 teaspoon of salt, and 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper to make the sauce.
