Ingredients
- Olive Oil 3 tablespoons
- Thick Beef Rib 30 oz
- Onion 0 oz
- Garlic 3 cloves
- Mild Chili Spice 2½ teaspoons
- Dried Rosemary 1 teaspoon
- Balsamic Vinegar 1 tablespoon
- Salt 1 teaspoon
- Ground Black Pepper ¼ teaspoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the meat into 2 steaks.
Step 2
In a bowl, mix olive oil, 2 tablespoons of chopped onion, minced garlic, vinegar, chili powder, oregano, salt, and pepper.
Step 3
Add the meat to the marinade, mix well, and let it sit for 10 minutes at room temperature.
Step 4
Preheat the grill well.
Step 5
Place the meat on the grill and cook for about 13–15 minutes, flipping once, or until desired doneness, constantly brushing with the remaining marinade.

Transfer to a cutting board, cover with foil, and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
