Beef Steak with Onions
Ingredients
- Beef 20 oz
- Onion 2 pieces
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
- Vegetable Oil 2 tablespoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the prepared beef tenderloin across the grain into 4 pieces, each 1.5–2 cm thick, and pound them.
Step 2
In a saucepan, heat the oil for one minute, then add the steaks. Cook on maximum microwave power for 2–3 minutes, flip, and cook until done for another 2 minutes.
Step 3
Separately, sauté the sliced onions in oil for 2 minutes. Place the onions on top of the steaks.
