Description

Beef Steak from Boiled Meat with Onions

Ingredients

  • Meat 5 oz
  • Butter 0 oz
  • Onion 0 oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Clean the meat of tendons and some fat, lightly pound it with a mallet, and shape it into a patty. Grease the bottom of a pot with butter, place the meat inside, fill it halfway with water, cover with a lid, and boil for 5-7 minutes. Then, remove the meat, let it dry slightly, and fry it in butter on both sides.

Step 2

Slice the peeled onion into rings, separate them, boil in water until semi-cooked, drain in a colander, and let dry. Then, fry in butter, sprinkle the fried onion over the steak, and serve.

Step 3

Serve with fried potatoes or zucchini, pumpkin, white or cauliflower, and salad.
