- Steaks 10 oz
- Garlic 1 clove
- Vegetable Oil 5 fl oz
- Butter 0 oz
- Thyme 0 oz
- Salt 0 oz
- Ground Black Pepper 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Heat the skillet and pour in the vegetable oil.
Step 2
Coat the steak in salt and pepper, then place it in the skillet.
Step 3
Turn the steak every minute, after 2 minutes add the crushed garlic clove and thyme.
Step 4
After 1 minute, add the butter and use a spoon to baste the steak with the contents of the skillet.
Step 5
Cook the steak to your desired doneness, rubbing it with the garlic from the skillet. Let the meat rest and cool.
