  • Grated Ginger Root ½ teaspoon
  • Chipotle Pepper Paste ½ teaspoon
  • Scallions 4 stalks
  • Marinated cherries 16 pieces
  • Veal Tenderloin 20 oz
  • Vegetable Oil to taste
