Ingredients
- Beef 25 oz
- Lime 1 piece
- Cilantro 2 tablespoons
- Peanut Butter 2 teaspoons
- Onion 1 head
- Mild Chili Spice 1 piece
- Lemongrass 2 tablespoons
- Galangal 0 oz
- Peanut Butter 5 oz
- Coconut Milk 10 fl oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Soak 12 bamboo skewers in cold water for 20 minutes. Cut the beef into small pieces and thread them onto the skewers.
Step 2
Heat the peanut oil in a pan over medium heat and sauté the finely chopped onion for 3 minutes, stirring constantly, until soft. Add the chopped lemongrass, grated galangal, minced chili, and sauté, stirring, for 1 minute. Add the peanut butter and coconut milk and cook on low heat until well combined and heated through.
Step 3
Preheat the grill and lightly grease it with oil. Brush the meat with oil and grill the skewers for 3 minutes on each side until cooked through.
Step 4
Serve the meat with the sauce and lime wedges, garnished with cilantro.
