- Bacon 5 oz
- Onion 1 piece
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Olive Oil to taste

Step 1
Cut the beef open like a book, unfold it, cover with plastic wrap, and pound it thoroughly. Finely chop the onion and sauté it in vegetable oil until soft. Boil the egg and chop it. Cut the bacon into small cubes.
Step 2
Mix the filling with salt and pepper, spread it on the meat, and carefully roll it up.
Step 3
Bake in an air fryer at 355°F for 10 minutes, and then at 255°F until cooked through. You can check for doneness by piercing the roll with a knife.
