- Thick Beef Rib 5 lbs
- Adyghe cheese to taste
- Red Long Chili Peppers to taste
- Iceberg Lettuce 0 oz
- Romaine lettuce 0 oz
- Worcestershire Sauce 0 oz
- Radicchio Salad 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Wash and dry the meat.
Step 2
Cut the ribs into pieces.
Step 3
Sprinkle the meat with red pepper and Adyghe salt.
Step 4
Place the meat in a baking dish.
Step 5
Brush the ribs with Worcestershire sauce.
Step 6
Put the meat in the refrigerator to marinate.

Arrange the meat on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Cover the meat with foil.
