
Beef Ribs with Rosemary

Ingredients
- Fresh Rose Hips 5 fl oz
- Garlic 8 cloves
- Vegetable Oil 5 fl oz
- Coarse Salt 0 oz
- Thick Beef Rib 5 lbs
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a blender, combine finely chopped rosemary, vegetable oil, minced garlic, and salt. Blend until it forms a paste. Transfer to a large bowl and add the cut ribs. Mix well, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for 1 day.
Step 2
Preheat the oven to 355°F.
Step 3
Place the ribs on a baking sheet and put them in the oven for 1 hour and 45 minutes. Remove from the oven and let rest for 30 minutes. Transfer to a plate and garnish with sprigs of rosemary.
