- Thick Beef Rib 10 lbs
- Chopped Sage Leaves 2 tablespoons
- Cumin leaves 1 tablespoon
- Ground Black Pepper 2 teaspoons
- Vegetable Oil 1 tablespoon
- Garlic 4 cloves
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 355°F. Mix the chopped parsley, cumin, garlic, black pepper, and vegetable oil. Rub the mixture onto the meat and place it on a baking sheet. Do not cover or add water. Bake in the oven for 2 hours 20 minutes for medium doneness and for 2 hours 45 minutes for well done.
Step 2
Transfer the ribs to a cutting board and wrap them in foil. Let them rest for 15 minutes. Cut into portions, sprinkle with salt, and serve.
